Their contracting business is what attracted me in the first place. It provides a solid revenue basis to pair with an expanding charging network.

Unfortunately, until news is released shareholders can't benefit from any of that news.

You’ve echoed my thoughts regarding the current focus of the company. For better, or worse, all that currently matters is the settlement. The investing public knows nothing else about anything the company is doing and won’t until after the settlement. This is why I keep saying (other than they never should have gone dark in the first place) they really need to focus on company updates and investor awareness after the court case concludes.

They should come out guns blazing on forward looking events, or the settlement could potentially turn into a sell the news event. Just take a look at the entire investor base leading up to beginning of 2015. If they didn’t have the funds to average down over the last year or so, they are just now, after ~2 years, getting to the point where they can break even.

I’m hopeful that Brian is very aware of the toll this long process has taken, and has a plan for getting things back on track quickly.
