I'm in the same boat. Originally bought at .67. But kept buying all the way up into the two's. Now my average is $1.37 with just over 75k in shares. I'm sick of seeing my account in the red but I'm positive OWCP will payoff when we see the results. I keep reminding myself that these guys are just a bunch of doctors and scientists and work at their pace but really have no idea how to keep their stock price up. I wish they had a PR crew. Not to pump it just to keep investors informed. That being said I'm still holding strong.
