Without stepping on Cartmans D here.. I'll give you a few "clean coal" examples. HELE, Gasification, Carbon capture etc. Will CCTC make the list?? Well, we'll just have to see about that..

Either way, I think the next PR will be "fluffy" enough to think so.. Maybe I'll soon get my $1pps. We shall see

My personal opinion is he's not talking about any tech or company specifically. He's not that studied, or intellectually curious, to go beyond his talking points. I think he's just saying "clean coal" as a marketing ploy, possibly with an eye on existing technology, like carbon capture and sequestration.

There's a CCS operation being built in Gillette now.
