Sucker yes, but if you know how the OTC works you would not be so worried. It's just a waiting game from here. No dilution at all being the transfer agent is not caught up and wont allow any conversions.. A pop could happen at any time.. The smart traders have averaged down already and are just waiting for that pop.. GLTU
