All issuances of Elite shares do not relate to LP alone!

So regardless of how many more shares were issued to LP to dump on the public, it doesnt represent the only source of new share issuances from Elite and in most cases, do not require an 8k or Form D

Thanks. Saved me 10 minutes from doing calc later tonight. We do know an 8k would have to be filed if the LPC agreement was extended/amended. Nothing forthcoming as of yet.
