is green leaf owned by MCIG? or does MCIG only build warehouse for them?

Player's Network (PNTV) owns 80% of Green Leaf Farms (GLF). At this time, mCig does not own any portion of it. mCig has completed phase one of GLF construction and been paid for it. By the terms of their contract, 95% of all construction costs are paid the month before the build is performed. They are currently working on Phase 2 and Phase 3 construction. In the meantime, they have a consulting agreement to operate the facility once the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is granted by the state. This could happen any day now.
