Oh... And CEGX has committed securities fraud by omitting from the filings that, that deal, was dead because of the fraud being committed. Not to mention all the TRRC issues they have failed to inform investors about. For an "oil company" to loose their P-5 is a material event no matter how it's looked at.

Fraud by omission... Gota wonder what else CEGX is not telling folks.
