They will use those shares for the project but sell them at a higher PPS. They won't dilute and knock down PPS when doing. Aluations and trying to get financing. Adding shares isn't always bad, when it's used to fund mega projects

10 Billion was bad,but now others think 5Billion is Worse!!lol
Apple Inc,,,,Microsoft Corp,,,,,all have 5Billion to 8Billion shares and trade on major Exchanges at over 60Dollars in Stock price!!
