New MMEX Valuation to Consider per the MMEX 8-K...

Please understand, before reading this valuation any further, understand that the merit of this post will be be determined by what MMEX achieves based on the goals they will announce to have achieved. So far, I must admit that the stars are continuing to align here with MMEX achieving what they have set out to achieve.

The MMEX 8-K released yesterday was a huge positive for re-valuating where MMEX could fundamentally trade based on its oil refinery project being completed. I maxed out the Outstanding Shares (OS) to be 10,000,000,000 shares to derive the "potential valuation" for MMEX to be .583 per share. Now with this 8-K released yesterday with 5,500,000,000 shares of those 10,000,000,000 shares being waived by Maple, logically, will double the valuation within the post below through use of the Substitution Property in re-doing the math to replace the 10 Billion OS with a 5 Billion OS as a "worst case scenario" for a valuation to consider:

Substitution Property MMEX Valuation = .583 x 2 = $1.16 per share

Confirmation of 5.5 Billion shares being waived to not be added:

In connection with the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Maple has agreed to waive its right to receive the second tranche of 5,500,000,000 shares of common stock.
