My theory has been that ISBG is some sort of middle man marketing company -- they don't actually make the product (Carribean Distillers does) and they don't actually sell it (third party retailers do). Instead it seems like their business model is more to be an intermediary that hooks up a manufacturer (FCD) with a distributor (Park Street), and then gets a cut of the retail sales for their "brand rights" and "marketing work." Or something like that.
