This is how they scam the Chinese investors... The scam is to get the stock to say $2 then sell the Chinese shares in their great new company at a discount. The scam company issues stock to insider shills that then sell it to the new investors. The company never sees any of that money just the insiders running that scam. I have personally seen it many times in China.
