Whether an ATM is a good thing or a bad thing depends on whether you trust management to use it judiciously. I previously posted on this board how the ATM has worked out well for RVNC (#msg-129091791).

For ADXS, which has a history of raising money on less-than-stellar terms, I'd probably prefer that they not have an ATM, but it's not a major issue one way or the other, IMO.
