It is nothing short of comical Joel's lapdogs continue to defend him and his blatantly obvious scam. If Joel was so innocent and posters here were "making false statements or accusations against a company" then why was Joel forced to "resign" from the pinkie scam world by the SEC? If those "accusations" were untrue then why was there an SEC investigation to begin with? How can anyone continue to defend this clown and blame others? The Florida fraud charges are a matter of public record, taking 50k from Hawaiian investors for off market discounted shares... which Joel admitted to, using an alias on a public stock board to promote his scam while diluting billions of shares.....and on and on! Yet you to choose to blame those who exposed the scam and Joel for what he is because you weren't able to dump your worthless scam shares on some unsuspecting fools? Ready and willing to rip off the next guys for your own profit makes you no better than these con men who set them up!
