To clear that up, I believe the "offer" was to help TTCM acquire an existing tech firm with current annual revenues in the $20-$30M range. Such a company would most likely be valued in the $60-$90M range using a 3x earnings formula. So the "offer" would be in the $60-$90M range. Even better, eh?

Speculation on my part, but probably not far from the truth?
