By calculating the volume from last few weeks, the notes must be almost done and it should move back up anytime. Everyone is disappointed with the share price and A/S increase. New IR has to come up with several PRs on company developments to see the momentum here. Even with large A/S it can move with right kind of NEWS and Revenue streams. . With current A/S also HCTI can run into multiple cents like several other OTC stocks did before. There are several OTC stocks ran UP crazy with high A/S.. Few of them are below DEWM 4.5B 0.0001 to 0.0330. FROZ 20B 0.0001 to 0.0300 HNSS 30B 0.0001 to 0.0042. CWIR 5B 0.0001 to 0.0081. Hope company BUYBACK billions of shares and retire them once they see good revenue from next quarter. All in my humble opinion
