Just speculation at this point but the ceo seems to be working on a few transactions behind the scenes via recent pr and tweets
1) finalizing a transaction in bitcoin
2) looking at M&A outside of bitcoin sector to diversify the co..

A couple good catalysts here to cause a nice run...ceo had a meeting last week for a potential m&a ...updated and said meeting went well now onto dd phase ..all via twitter
