Dear S*****,

I had asked for an extension on first delivery, however I may not need it. I've been in Miami working on Sannaxhol marketing and FDA application this past week and I'm leaving for Colombia tomorrow to run coal to the port on another smaller order to be announced.

I'm waiting for ASI response along with a draft copy of LC from Bank to make any announcement.

On another note, I just got draft 10k from auditors this morning our SEC attorney has updated footnotes and disclosures to add. I expect back and forth for next day or so then filing.

Campo said in an email that he may not need the extension as he was getting the coal from another source in order to fulfill his obligation this month. Now the question would be - will that coal delivery have acceptable quality for ASI...?
