Expanding doesn't make sense to me.....Jack is building this to handle 50,000barrels per day to keep it from being Feds approved. Jack just needs Texas approval only. If he expanded this to do more then wouldn't he need to go to the federal level to expand? Seems to me you just build the same size you have now and keep it within the state level. Plus expanding could or would require shutting down production during construction to go bigger?
Not my area of expertise at all. Still haven't gotten an answer to how many acres in just the footprint of what the refinery actually needs.
