I think you're right. If I'm reading the court report it looks like the trial started today and is continuing tomorrow at 9:30am.

Guess it's time for Barnett to hear the Fat Lady sing...

You were right and I was wrong. Second day of proceedings and a continuance (with stipulation) was granted until May 1st. Not sure what the stipulation is (maybe stop trying to kill the witnesses???), but I'm certain the court is not putting up with too much more Barnett BS and lies.
