Lol good for you stick it to the man!! If ABHI wins the case they could absolutely articulate in the form of damages how much money they lost out on and interest they lost on and potentially get damages to "punish" PC drivers.

So the lawsuit is over Patent Infringement? So in laymens terms, which I prefer, did someone use their stuff without permission? or did someone agree to pay to use their stuff, and then stiff them on payment?
