Yes you can place orders now and they will be ready after the bell rings. Done this many times. I'll be slapping the ask Monday. Gotta see where we open first. I think we gap to or over .03 and then slightly fall back to fill the gaps and then boom to .05 by EOD

Of course you can. Just go into your account and place an order, "good till canceled", and you will be inline to buy at the open. When it gets your turn, someone (MM) will try to fill your order IF the shares are still available at the price you seek. Otherwise, you will just get left behind if your order price is too low.
