Wolf as far as confidentiality agreements go, could you imagine if the company tries to sell shares from a shelf with a few weeks or less to go until the top line data is produced? Who in their right mind would buy into such an investment with the success rate of Alz drugs being so low, right before results unless they had reason to think they were positive. My personal opinion is the company won't sell shares before the results if at all. If they do and some folks put big money on the line, then it would create an interesting scenario with any confidentiality agreements. JMO

That is no quite correct, if they were shown any inside info they would be restricted in selling any stock and warrants for 12 months. They were only given info that was public, the NDA was for the PP terms until they became public.
