Here is what a TRTC shareholder should be concerned about.....IF.....my speculation/opinions are accurate !!!!

1. As a public company the CEO has a fiduciary responsibility.

2. Salwa Ibrahim is listed in the filings as respresenting shareholders during the BlumOak merger.

3. At the same time, her husband, Martin Kaufman aka MKSI Investments apparently buys the building that houses BlumOak for 2.5 million.

4. Shareholders paid over 22 million for BlumOak and negotiated a lease at 28,000, which is approx a double cost if one had a mortgage.

5. Note the time of sale to MKSI Investments, 3/18/2016.........

6. How can there not be a conflict of interest ?

7. The above is pure speculation and no one should buy or sell or believe my opinions to be accurate..........
