Yes every event that took place that is of significant matter to Chro has to be included on the 10K. And everything that goes on the 10K is subject to be audited by the auditors. If there is a sentence or paragraph that mentions an event, a proper paper work must be presented for inclusion on 10K.

Just wondering how the 10k itself will be presented. Usually public companies are required to present past three years of financials and private companies only two years. Since CHRO was founded in late 2015, I would think only partial 2015 and full 2016 numbers will be presented.
