Very smart post! Perhaps yesterday's video that talked about big money acquisition/merger with an Israeli BioPharma company that has about 20 years of scientific research in cannabinoid is the main reason behind the delay in disseminating the OWCP study data. Just an opinion, of course.

I know if I was running the company and I now had scientific data of my idea proving the results I wouldn't publish it right away.
I would shop my findings around to get some money behind me before I let the world know.

They can't do this on their own without an influx of capital which I believe will be the next big announcement.

Great point William - any kind of planning need capital- they spent great deal of time and money in R&D
.. wouldnt suprise me that OWCP is looking for another of financial support to carry out their strategic 2-5 yrs plan
