Even though the patent news is a bit of setback we all know Hartman will continue to press on and find another way make their cancer research very lucrative for the shareholders. As you stated they already have several key patents which will help them continue to move forward in the right direction.

IMO it is clear this is going to happen because Hartman has stated several time that PBPMS is just the cash cow to fund their research. He of course has planned for contingencies if the patent did not go through this time around. PBPMS will continue to carry forward the company and SP for the short term but long term I fully expect the cancer research to be delivered upon. It will be a great spring and summer here so GLTA!

I had/will invest money in BIEI, just for the CBD products. I never think about the Cancer drugs. We still can go to 1 dollar without cancer drugs. Why?

1. I am a new consumer of Premier Biomedical CBD patch. I used several CBD products and found this one is best one.
2. According to trend, they will sell product to China and India finally. Do you guys know how many people in these two counties have pain issue? there is more than 200M. if 10% of people buy our patch/oil, everyone buy 10 patch per year and 5 dollar profit per patch. Our Profit should be 1B dollar.
3. Premier Biomedical has several cancer patents, one is already approved and another one is rejected Oct 2016 (we already know last year). But if other companies want to use our one patent, that's extra income. Actually we all focus on Nice CBD patch/oil. Several patents that Premier Biomedical has licensed (three issued patients, one European PCT, and approximately ten pending ... (anyone really care one of them?)
4. I watched some videos about Premier Biomedical and confidence for my future investment.
5. I do my own DD and found Premier Biomedical never did RS and history is extremely good. Not like other OTC for several RS history. This is true credit.
5. I talked with Hartman due to my package price issue. he is a honest and true man.
5. You should know 95% OTC companies have 0 revenue and 0 products. We have great products and revenue.
5. I very like our current Share structure now. 447-122 = 325M and 90% shares are locked. Our floating is very low.
