While that may be true for financial data, they will still be able to discuss subsequent events up until the time of the filing. Items that could/should be listed include: The O/S share as of a day or two before the filing, the closing of the debt with the 122M shares, and more details about the $600K 506B form that was filed. I'm not sure if they will be able to list 1st Qtr. sales figures since they are unaudited, but they should list that sales are taking place and who their distributors are.
