That was from a brief filed two weeks ago. I do think we see some developments on the matter in the 8K next week.

My take is that they had an 8K ready to go but decided (were advised by legal counsel imo) to wait until after court date Mon just IN CASE there was something of significance to add to 8K. So we could see an 8K as early as late Mon, and I would guess not later than Wed? Who knows, but it sounds as if it's coming, and L2 and chart says something is up, and most on this board aren't pumpers, when they show it's almost time to go
