Agree with #2 - their comment particularly makes sense because the current Phase 3 trial is targeting a patient population in earlier stages of cancer/in remission.

Actually I think there is a third choice and has nothing to do with optimism or pessimism. This is just a fact.

Clinical trials are becoming or (now) requisite to understanding more of potentially newer drugs. One should weigh all of the recommendations from their doctors, especially if one has been diagnosed with the upper stages of a disease, and -- do not dismiss the clinicaltrial programs as a last resort treatment - it could save your life.

The exclamation on the last word is to emphasize the word, options.

Pre, There may be some truth to the fact that a lot of oncology doctors are not even aware of ADXS and there trials! Some doctors don't do enough DD to even know the availability of our vaccine through our trials. That's what's so sad! In these days and times I would sure hope the everyday Joe would scour the internet for the best possible action and options that are available in the U.S. That's why a lot of TV commercials of Opdivo and Keytruda are being advertised so the everyday housewife can see the commercials and inform others of these new treatments ! You see them on TV all the time so when you hear of someone needing care these are on your mind and lips!
