you know what's weird i trade thru e-trade and my orders are not showing in the level 2 so i guess e trade has inventory of sgby stock

I don't know if excellence is the word I would use to describe the inability or refusal to file on time and be transparent about the company's numbers to shareholders . Incompetence or manipulative and deceitful would be much more accurate at this point in time .
