Interesting the CEO over the past 24hrs has decided that the court date needs to be in the 8K. Grolden correct me if im wrong they wouldn't have to report anything in the 8K unless there was a possible settlement right? They might report the exsistance of a suit, but they wouldn't have to wait on that.
