Got my mail and that letter from Maxim. As I suspected, they are the lead underwriters for the "secondary' and anyone who is interested about participating should call them. Just in case some don't get this letter, their phone # is 2128953725. It stated that BLSp filed the registration statement on the 24 of March and they expect the offering to close the early part of April. FYI.
