Very... bottom.. if not then 0018 will imo.. either way whenever it does "find" that bottom.. like they all do... we could see 5+ consecutive Green Day's easy.. Too oversold mm's having a field day on this one.. toying with this chart hard.. never tested 70rsi huh... well never say never in the OTC
