Excellent point on when the mine starts commercially producing niobium, scandium, titanium, etc. The biggest risk to serious investors with a long term horizon is, IMO, that someone will come in and try to buy our company after the BFS is released or at some other point in time prior to the mine build-out and commercial start-up, with the result that we will all do well, but miss out on some of the ultimate gains from having everything bought out from under us too soon.

Of course, if the buyout price were to reflect fair present value based on the numbers, well .........

Bottom line here is, we know what we own and patience will be handsomely rewarded here for serious patient long term investors.

1- the FS
2- complete German Gov loan
guarantee
3- scandium off take agreements
4- completion of critical permits
Once these four things occur there is no impediment to most major and institutional investors getting involved. Depending on the rules and policies of each investment type or type of investor. The really big ones are number one and number three.
Once those numbers are established we can expect substantial movement in the stock. Also critical to remember is the company only needs a certain amount of money to begin the project and wants to share price rises they will need to issue fewer and fewer shares for the equity portion of project financing. Also this new president and his America first mindset could be a huge game changer for this company.
