Well it sits at another all time low! GO SPANA!!! They will continue to convert and dump on the back of retail holders as they signed the toxic debt with Spana years ago and have witnessed first hand his ability to destroy any and all value in a company. PTN once had a lucrative deal with King Pharma that he subsequently destroyed. King walked away, just a well as the new suitor can as well when the realize that Spana/board/management have failed and continue to fail at delivering any value to holders of the company. Past performance speaks VOLUMES here....This company and management team/board are toxic. Pure poison to any value for a common shareholder....

.01 warrants? .02 is a "Double" on the Series I warrants that are exercisable at an initial exercise price of $0.01 per share...hmmm...

Easy to predict where the "bottom" may be IMO...
