I hear you. It would really be nice if there were more transparency on the share structure. It seems clear, though, that if dilution occurred it was to extract money for operating expenses right? That is why companies go public and sell stock.

Thank you! that is exactly the reason for frustration. I was in it for the long haul, but every time a good PR comes out the company dilutes and drives the price back down while they are laughing all the way to the bank! obviously the pumpers also play a huge role in that as well.
