i disagree with Oren, although for different reasons. I don't think they'll hit 15 months but I do think there will be a nice separation b/w the control arm and the VB-111 arms. I think you could see a range of 8.5 to 10 months for the control arm. There has simply been no dramatic improvement in the SOC for rGBM. Surgical improvements do not matter that much at the level of rGBM who probably have had two surgeries already. I've read about many patients failing therapy with checkpoint inhibitors in the setting of rGBM. I think what the trial will show is an escalating death rate/event rate after about 9 months... the key I think will be a slower event rate in VB111 after nine months and slower event rate after nine months which should allow clear separation after 12 months IMHO.
