As someone else stated, it's hard to believe that the data from REFRESH 1 aren't good, having been chosen to be presented during a podium presentation at a major meeting. If one believes in the technology, and not just cardiac surgery, it's a no-brainer that the market cap should start to increase significantly as the study gets underway and progresses. If successful, the market cap will be in the Billions and today's relatively minor dilution will be insignificant, despite our disappointment over the offering price. Good luck.

BMY - all institutional investors want a discount to get in. the deal was very oversubscribed (i'm told). these large players wanted there pound of flesh and got it. seems desperate but nothing has changed. we now have a larger institutional base. that's the positive thing to take out of this shitty day. there has been very large buy orders at the bid all morning. i'll assume it's the same investors adding more on this blood bath.
