Waiting for PTSC´s analisys and follow up of the appeals claim construction.
If the 30 calender day timing is relevant...? Filing of ruling was 3/3/2017... so may be time for news?

(IMO) case szenarios:
worst - stop to go after the 336´ but go for patent 749´, 890´and 584`
good - continue with 4 or 5 at NDOC (LG, Samsung, ZTE, Huawei, Nintendo,)
best - have already signed a license agreement with one of the NDOC 5.
