Investors in the Private Placements had to agree to sign a Confidentiality Statement, so yes they were shown trial data that was not publically available.
 
The last private NTRP placement was way over subscribed, so I would surmise that the data was convincing.

Ha ha. You beat me too it Wolf. Just an opinion of course and "pie in the sky" to some, but I never viewed changing the study as a bad thing when I was researching to get in. Either they were concerned about the money to finish the trial perhaps, or they felt like they had a home run and wanted to get to the next trial ASAP. People don't always realize that Dr Alkon has been researching this for decades and truly believes he can take positive results from animal studies to humans based on what he has seen in limited opportunities in humans and the deficiencies in human brains from the Harvard brain autopsies. It's solid science even if it is a gamble for investors IMO.
