I don't disagree with that. But what's taken it to mid-20s is almost always the idea that the commons will get cancelled during a restructuring.
They will need to demonstrate a viable plan to the Nas regarding the listing requirements.
Now...the reason I'm interested here now is that there was another play I was in that announced BK...like ORIG, they appealed the decision re:delisting. I bought all I could on that news. A couple months later, they announced an RM and that stock ran like hell.
Now saying that's what's in store here. Only saying the commons are going to be a viable trading vehicle where money can and will be made.
