And using our brains for a moment who would put a company with extreme volatility, zero revenue and zero proven patents or intellectual property in an ETF.

Only the most speculative of investors are interested in such stocks.

If OWCP were a real company, then after generating enough revenue that could be a possibility in the future.

But since its just a pr company it's not happening.
