Yes, thank you for pointing out the differences and perceptions between OTC and ASX penny stocks.

For complete disclosure, when I said that I had no plans to buy Cougar stock, it wasn't because I thought it was a bad speculative bet, but because I am currently cashing in a lot of casino chips I have had on the table since 2010, so I am not buying anything, at this time.

Their lithium project looks very promising as well, and insiders control over 60% of their OS, so it offers much more than the typical billion-plus OS Pink Sheet penny dogsqueeze you find in this hemisphere.

My streamlined portfolio now has two stocks related to mining, so that should tell you how I feel about DNI/DMNKF and its long-term potential.
