Ah... I have more than twice that.... and I am NOT worried as much about the buyout... but the dilution.. After the announcement I use the current OS.. as did many to determine that the company should be at least .0023 based on that... on a per share basis... I bought more based on that announcement.. When crazy trading down started below the .001 level... I even wrote PME.. and did get a response... that no insider was selling and that those shares were returned to the TA and so to speak locked up... NO MENTION that there might be 100s of millions other shares going on the block.. So while still higher than today's price... did we dilute 10% or 30% ???? or some other number ... and do they have any more items like this coming... MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO ME !! And what I have invested here.. paying as high as .0023...
Again... my issue is WHY NOT JUST Tell us about this one item?? in terms of shares !!! So we can figure out Somewhat where we !!
I will be very happy if you get a response with numbers in it from the TA.....
Better yet ... IF the CEO comes out with some details... Sorry but I don't see big buyers jumping in without knowing the count !
