With help of a friend in China I found there was a change to the company: Taobaichi had three legal representatives with different ratio of shares: ZHANG Bo (50.10% 5,010,000 RMB), WEN Jianmei (30.0% 3,000,000 RMB), and YAN Yuehong (19.90% 1,990,000 RMB).

There was a record of change on 2017-01-16: investors changed from 1 ZHANG Bo, 2 YAN Yuehong, 3 WEN Jianmei to 1 WANG Dequn, 2 ZHANG Bo, 3 YAN Yuehong, 4 WEN Jianmei. Registered capital changed from 20,000,000 RMB to 50,000,000 RMB. Legal representative changed from ZHANG Bo to WANG Dequn.
