HJOE has to file 3 years of audited financials - a Form 10 and find a sponsoring MM to file a Form 211.

I would love to see the SEC comments on a HJOE Form 10 - I promise there will be many questions about the fraudulent address.

Plus, I suspect the SEC will be supplied with a great deal of real DD exposing the HJOE scam. Although Adamson deleted all of the posts on Twitter about the big signing party at the luxury resort - when in fact Adamson was attending a wedding - several of us have screenshots of Adamson lying to investors.

Plus the nonsense about being in over 30,000 locations - or the $10 million contract in Japan and all of the sudden there is a contract with Cure Korea - and the news that Media2U filed for bankruptcy - which was proven not to be true.

HJOE will never trade again - guaranteed and some will be posting 2 years from now about HJOE will resume trading very soon - but the shares they own will still be worthless.
