All of the last trades of the day appear to be hitting the shown ask even though filled slightly lower. The last three are shown as T trades and may explain why Fidelity uses the 15:59:54 trade for .99 as closing price. Each broker has different rules on how they set their close.
In Reply to 'baytdr' not that this matters much, but I think very odd; StreetSmart now shows the last regular hrs sale as .96 with no time stamp It shows 500 shares traded at $1.00 @14:00 and the last trade of the the regular day day of 100 share at .9875 @ 10:00 I think someone tried to sneak in an after the close trade as the last trade of normal hrs trading. Good day today for the longs I think from watching the tape.
