Share holders want the information promised to them. Many made large investments (like myself) based on information put out by IBRC.

I look forward to the news so I can determine if I wish to continue to buy/ hold / sell IBRC. I bought more on good faith today of promised news.... hopefully of final execution and deposited funds for 13 mil contract and more.
