aggressive accumulation tactics don't generate volume when traders are holding tightly. if the powers that be had pushed us up, retail would have followed, and you would have seen higher volume.
instead, we had NITE and CDEL pushing the stock down a few ticks every time buyers hit the ask.
that's a battle for shares, on low volume, about 4.1% of the OS.
maybe this approach will sweat out a few million, but if "they" want more, they'll have to get more dramatic.
