it's on the board hoss. No change means it's the same as previous. Last update to OS was the retirement of 25 million shares.

We have already established that there has been an OS increase of 300,000,000 about 3 weeks ago. Since then they have actually retired 30,000,000 shares. If you don't believe me scroll down and read it on the board.
